The collection of your personal data
To become a member of Porcelaine Carpenet you must register on the site and provide personal data allowing you to identify yourself. Access, correction and deletion of your personal data
In accordance with the amended "data protection" law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify information that concerns you. Upon written request, Porcelaine Carpenet may inform you as soon as possible of the data that we have stored about you. You can also, as a member, access, modify and delete your personal data on your account. We are doing our best to modify our databases as soon as possible. However, not all of our databases can be updated immediately so some data may remain unchanged in our archives for a short time. In addition, we may not be able to modify the data already sent to our service providers, suppliers and external services. When you unsubscribe from the Porcelaine Carpenet site or when we block your access to your account, we reserve the right to keep certain data in order to prevent a renewal of the registration. For technical and legal reasons, this information is never completely deleted from our servers as well as from our backup servers. If certain incorrect information remains despite our efforts to regularly update it, we can correct it at your request.
