Can I modify or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can change your delivery address, as well as cancel one or more items or even the entire order.

If you wish to cancel an order, simply send an email to our customer service (contact@porcelainecarpenet.fr) and they will do the necessary.

Is it possible to order another format than those offered?

If you cannot find the format you want, send us an email at our address contact@porcelainecarpenet.fr and we will do everything possible to make your dream come true.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The vast majority of our items are made to order: they all have different production times and will affect your delivery. However, these deadlines are all included in the delivery forecasts given when ordering your item. Once the order has been placed, delivery times can take up to 30 working days depending on the items ordered.

My order is damaged. What to do?

If you have received a damaged package or article, contact our customer service by email (contact@porcelainecarpenet.fr). Tell us in what condition your order arrived and send us one or more photos of the damage found.

Can I return my items?

You have every right to change your mind. This is why the vast majority of our products can be returned to us at your expense within 30 days of receipt of your delivery.
